Here at 98 sports we don’t believe in the common “theory” that strength and conditioning for sports begins and ends with football.The lacrosse program we have developed will focus on preparing the athlete not only from a technical aspect but from a lacrosse specific training and conditioning approach.

Our goal is to improve the players on field performance and at the same time keeping him free from injury.
