Our sports camps will have a varied approach to training the athlete not only to be better at his or her sport but also in keeping the athlete healthy.
Activities will focus on the athlete’s core and how a strong core affects the health of the athlete and the overall performance. Technical, Agility and Speed training will be implemented to complement the “campers” specific sport and goals.
Our trainers and coaches will spend time with each camper individually the first day assessing the athletes goals from a training perspective, as well as a performance perspective, what they feel are their current limitations physically both on and off the field and finally what they hope to accomplish in their week at camp.
Whether the athletes’ specific sport is football, soccer or lacrosse there will be dedicated time for small field scrimmaging, ball control, shooting, field awareness, passing, ball distributing and tackling to list a few.
